WelchDry offers lower-volume runs of 5 kg to 500 kg. Smaller scale runs are ideal for formulation refinement, market testing, and smaller production volume.
In addition to our standard testing, WelchDry has the capacity to run larger trials to further refine flow properties, bulk density, and other characteristics. Our dry roller compaction expertise and trial and scale-up capabilities often yield significant cost-savings and added value over the life of the product.
Our small-batch (up to 500 kg) capabilities offer a faster and more cost-effective process for small-scale production.
